Here is good news I would like to share with you, that is, one of our colleague, Ms. Cristina, had an excellent performance during her working assessment on this Wed., which was appreciated a lot by Ms. Jonne and Dr. Hanns. No doubt, finally she gained the access to the position from sales assistance to assistant salesman directly. Let’s congratulations to her!

During the assessment, she is required to explain and show the manufacture process of tungsten oxide powder both in Chinese and English, she acted by using blackboard-writing fluently and exactly. You know, she just joined us for three months at most, but what she performed exactly like an expert in this field. It is really amazing.

So you could image that she must have made a huge efforts besides her dairy working to learn the new thing for powder. Quite active attitude to self-study ability is completely a model for our learning. Let’s say: It’s never too late to learn. Especially, in many workplaces nowadays, if someone stands still then he/she will set back greatly.
